Bellmunt & Oliver winery
The winery is in the town centre of Cabanes. Its three floors are newly-built and adapted to production needs. The upper floor is a multi-purpose room for events, tastings, presentations and a shop with all of our products. The ground floor is the production area. The cellar is where the wine is aged and the second fermentation of sparkling wine takes place. We are committed to “agri-logic”, i.e. agriculture that is logical, sustainable and respectful of the natural environment. We combine the characteristics of the different plots with the different types of grapes and the traditional methods inherited from our ancestors with new agricultural processes.
